1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Enxovaly collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you use our app or website, in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

2. Data we collect

We may collect account details; information about your baby and baby checklist; uploaded photos; messages and audio sent to Lia; notification tokens and preferences; usage events; basic device information; website navigation and campaign data; waitlist subscriptions; download clicks; and records needed for the security, stability and operation of the Service. On the website, with your permission, Meta, TikTok and OpenAI may use browser identifiers and navigation, device and connection data to measure ads. In the iOS app, we send Meta an activation event with advertising identifiers disabled. If you authorize App Tracking when starting a purchase, we may enable permitted advertising identifiers and allow RevenueCat to send Meta verified trial-start and subscription events. When OpenAI automatic advanced matching is enabled, supported contact details entered into forms are normalized and hashed in the browser; raw data is not sent to OpenAI through this feature. We do not use baby information to measure ads.

3. How we use data

We use data to maintain your account, sync your baby checklist, process conversations with Lia, let you share with invited family members, send requested notifications, monitor app stability and protect the platform. On the website, campaign data helps us understand which ads generate visits, waitlist subscriptions and download clicks. In the app, we use activation, trial-start and subscription events to measure campaign effectiveness while respecting your App Tracking choice. The Meta, TikTok and OpenAI website pixels and the TikTok Events API are activated only after you give permission. We do not sell personal data or use baby information for advertising.

4. App permissions

Camera and photos are used when you capture or select an image; microphone and speech recognition when you send a voice message; notifications when you allow alerts; and App Tracking when you authorize ad measurement on iOS. Permissions are optional and can be changed in system settings.

5. Data sharing

We share data only with providers necessary to operate the Service under protective agreements, with family members you invite, with Meta, TikTok and OpenAI when you allow ad measurement, with RevenueCat to process subscriptions and send authorized verified events to Meta, or where required by law or court order.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored on secure servers and transmitted over encrypted connections. We use technical and organizational safeguards against unauthorized access, loss and improper alteration.

7. Your LGPD rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability or deletion and may withdraw consent. On the website, you can withdraw ad measurement permission by deleting Enxovaly's stored data in your browser settings. On iOS, you can change App Tracking permission in system Settings.

8. Account deletion

You can delete your account in Profile → Edit profile → Delete my account, or request deletion by email. Deletion permanently removes the personal data, baby checklist, photos, conversations, notification data and authentication data linked to your account.

9. Children and adolescents

Enxovaly is intended for adults aged 18 and over. A baby's information is provided by a parent or guardian and used only to organize the baby's essentials.

10. Policy changes

We may update this policy. We will communicate material changes in the app or by email.
