By creating an account or using Enxovaly, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the Service if you disagree.

2. Service description

Enxovaly organizes a baby's essentials, tracks progress, manages lists, stores photos and provides access to Lia. The Service is provided “as is” and may change, be suspended or discontinued.

3. Registration and account

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, keep it current and protect your credentials.

4. User content

You retain ownership of submitted content and grant us a limited license to store, process and display it solely to provide the Service. Do not submit unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights.

5. Virtual assistant (Lia)

Lia uses artificial intelligence and may produce inaccuracies. Its suggestions do not replace medical, legal or other professional advice.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service unlawfully, seek unauthorized access, reverse engineer it or interfere with systems or other users.

7. Account termination

You may delete your account in settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Enxovaly is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and will communicate material changes. Continued use after publication means acceptance.
