Layers, not volume

Baby winter baby essentials: layers and quantities

In the cold, lightweight, adjustable combinations work better than a single, very heavy piece. Also consider the actual temperature inside the home.

How to layer for cold days

Winter baby essentials works best in layers: a bodysuit close to the body, pants or overalls and an outer layer that can be removed. This combination follows changes between street, car and heated environments without requiring a complete change with each temperature variation.

Enxovaly's winter preset includes more long-sleeve bodysuits, pants, sleepsuits and cardigans in the smallest sizes. Short-sleeve bodysuits still work as a base layer or on milder days.

Fabrics, washing and sleep space

Choose comfortable fabrics and check whether collars, cuffs and elastics leave marks. Pieces that dry well and match each other make rotation more efficient. Before increasing quantities, consider how long clothes take to dry in the winter in your region.

Blankets are useful in laps and on supervised walks. For sleep, keep the space firm and free of loose objects and choose clothes appropriate to the room temperature. If you have any questions about health, temperature or sleep, seek professional advice.
