Start with the season, not a universal rule

Enxovaly's presets change the proportion of pieces depending on the weather: summer favors short-sleeve bodysuits, while winter increases long sleeves, pants, sleepers and cardigans. The calculator below shows the numbers registered for NB and 0–3M and multiplies the base when there is more than one baby.

These quantities allow for clothes that are being worn or washed. Families who do laundry every day may need fewer items. Those who wash less often or live in a humid climate may prefer a few extras.

How to interpret NB and 0–3M on labels

In Enxovaly, NB means newborn, from birth to one month, while 0–3M is the next size. These labels help organize the checklist, but always check the brand's size chart because measurements vary by manufacturer.

Compare items before washing and check the opening, elasticity and room for a diaper. When in doubt, expanding the 0–3M reserve is usually more useful than buying many NB items.
